Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
• Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coo rdinator is preferred.
• Create and maintain staff schedules
• Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
• Evaluate annual performance reviews if needs
• Coordinating interviews with recruiting and department heads
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
